Late post but first legal and nice rockies

Well, I finally got one! The flattie was 26" on a dine and the Sandie was over 3lbs. I nabbed these two 3 Sundays ago but I haven't learned how to post pics to the site till now. The following Sunday me, my gals dad and JeffB from BWE hit some of his sweet spots off LJ to score a great day and a memory for the dad from Texas who is now chomping at the bit to get back here and do it all again!! Thanks to all on BWE for the advise, help, respect and good fish juju in helping me get my first legal... Here's some fish porn!!

First legal halibut? Good job dude. Nice haul you got there, and that plate looks like my kind of dinner.

Yeah, It was my First legal!!!!!! I'm so stoked about it and can't wait for the next as I'm sure there will be many more to come. Hopefully they don't move the bait barge to far away because I love the fact we can paddle there, get bait and head to our favorite areas without rolling bait. We'll see what happens but if it hasn't been figured out yet, I got my flatty in the big bay and it was TASTY!!!
