Mini X surfin Sunset Beach
I had 2 guys and a girl want to rent the mini xs for the day and surf em. I told em they would have to go down the beach aways to get a better break, but they hung out straight out from the store. I ran over to check on em and snap some pix. It was super blown out crappy surf and the smallest I have seen here. In the photo with his arms high, he is surfing in backwards, as he got picked up. Rode it for a while before rolling. would have made good film. I gave great instruction from the beach, so I am thinking a surf class is in the works They had fun.

That looks like fun. I'm going to grab my wife's Mini-X and do a little surfin. Andy, I think your lens cover isn't opening fully.

The mini-X is a lot of fun in the surf. I actually preferred it to a genuine surf yak the day we played at LJ.
