Live Bait 101
Thanks to all the people that came to my rescue when FishRap. Due to an oversight they had me change from a T shark piece to a live bait one. I used some notes from the Fred Hall Seminar and got a bunch of "bait" pics from my BWE brothers as I was photoless in Sunset Beach. Adi's squirt and Dan's hook in the corner won out Thanks dudes!
BTW next months thresher article is gonna be good, thanks to some help from guys that have found success. Andy http://thelog.com/news/newsview.asp?c=213114

andy, a year ago I couldn't catch bait to save my life. but last year on the 4th of July while fishing in la jolla, out of nowhere from a distance behind me, I heard a faint voice saying, "hey, do you need bait?" and you gave me what you had left in your bait tank as you were heading in. andy, you are a good man. thanks again!
p.s. enjoyed your write up, keep it coming. |

"hook size should match the width of the head"
you just eliminated 5 new posts with that. good write up, and with very short notice to boot. If you need a thresher pic... :-) I'd love for you to use my pup pic. |
