New boat on old stomping grounds

I'm back in Minnesota for the summer and the freshwater fishing has been good. I haven't landed any trophy fish but it's always fun going after them. For most of the summer, I've been fishing out of a whitewater boat and recently upgraded to a PA 14. Here are a few pics of Minnesota Lake fishing and a few different species around these parts.

I happened to notice that the Elite 5 HDI was just listed on West Marine's website, I think today.

Very nice boat btw and interesting to see fish from another area!

I see you caught some po mans lobster there. Northerns are fun fish to catch, and taste even better. Nice catch, miss Minnesoter, keep em tight.

No I wouldn't call it over kill. Its a great screen size for down imaging and the graphics are good. From my experience and other peoples experiences with this unit, it seems to me like there are still a few bugs to work out.

I havent had any water temp readings since day one and my ducer is in the water. After many back and forth drives to cabellas, we determined I have a bad transducer.

i knew it was bullshit.

Yayaya..

I still have the whitewater yak to paddle and Huck waterfalls when I want

The PA takes fishing to a whole new level. Hands down.

Hey I'm coming down to the gulf next month to fish and work a little. Let's go after some sharks, reds, tarpon, kings!

i love catching Bass on Spinner baits.)

LJ & SD Bay have spoiled me over past 20 yrs, and i only fish saltwater now.
but Pike were probably my favorite freshwater fish to catch. easier to catch sizeable Pike, than sizeable LMB.
