the water was flat and decided to take a short am trip with my dad. fished the idland and the kelp got 7 rock fish kept 2, 2 perch, one kelp fish i think 2 kingfish through back. and got a 5 ft pinback shark was a nice fight. kept a couple fish to give to my grandparents. overall an awesome day with my dad and it was his first time fishing the kelp and he wont stop talking about it. im usually the one who doesnt stop talking about our trips, kinda weird....
