Got a couple new toys
After getting the old lady to sign off on it and accepting that I'm sure I'll have a few extra things to do around the house. I picked up a new stradic fj8000. The guys at sport chalet were awesome. They even hooked me up with a totally free new pfd. So today I swung by bass pro and got a 7'0" mh terez rod. Should be a nice combo. Just have to spool it up with some power pro before Sunday. Damn my old lady is awesome.

It that the sports challet off of Newport? What's the deal with the free pfd? Which model is it? I've been in the market for a new one and will be down there tomorrow.

It's a Stearns pfd, very comfortable with lots of storage and tie off spots. I guess it was a prize from a drawing and the winner never claimed it. Yes the sport chalet off Newport in Menifee.
