PB BUTT 4/27

Fished the sewer on Saturday and caught this pig on a sardine in 12ft of water on the trap hook. Brought it by the barge to show Mike and measured out at a little over 49 inches. Thanks Mike for taking my pic! I need to get a better phone/camera… Weighed when I got home on the bathroom scale and went 44lbs. Beat my personal best by an inch and 2lbs! Still after that 50+!

That one should be over 50. The halibut weight by length chart estimates a 49" fish to be 56.5 lbs. There is a lot more weight variation as the fish get longer but that's a big one, nice catch.
