Horizon Radio- Customer Service
A while back, my "floating" radio sank out in 100' of water. Bummer I didn't have it attached but I truly thought a floating radio would actually float, right? Long story short, I e-mailed their customer service and received a timely response. They didn't make me prove or convince them this was a legit claim. I just received my new replacement yesterday. Lessons learned:
Horizon is all right... Secure even your "floating" valuables...

At least this wasn't a customer service horror story (which I was expecting) just having been through one with "Cliff Fly boxes", attempting to replace the foam inserts. FFY. |
