dana point 12/12/12
Launch at 6:30 to cold cloudy skies and when I was done bumpy wind driven seas.
I'm Looking for her, a female fattie flattie. Dragging the bottom w/ squid for no love. Stayed in the 20 ft depth range. Peddled to Camino Capistrano and PCH, and realized how close the SC Pier was. I considered peddling to PCH/PICO/Pier area and hit up them boilers, but looks are deceiving. I'll save that for another day. Followed the wind north. Tossed some rubber and I did okay. skirted warbaits (dark colors) and uni-butter combo is great, in total 4 bass. Off the water by 11 am. Plenty of bird activity. IF you plan on visiting the area, pay attention to the areas marked by lobster traps. All sorts of nooks and crannies. |

I'm truly jealous! Seeing how often you have time to go out makes me want to switch professions....
Good work.
