2013 Islander Mothership Schedule!
2013 Islander Mothership Schedule
Here we go! If you've done these trips before, you don't need any convincing. If you've never done one, you owe it to yourself to get on one of these trips, they are unlike any other kayak fishing experience. As always, live bait, food and sodas are included in the price. Beers and tips are additional. We did have a $5 price increase on the 1.5 day for 2013. Sorry guys, they've held it off the last three years for us, but finally had to bite the bullet and increase the 2.5 day charter to $515 for 2013 -$20 price increase 1.5 day trip $315 May 17-19 Fri-Sun SOLD OUT $315 per person 2.5 day trip $515 May 24-27 Fri-Mon (Memorial Day weekend) June 20-23 Thur-Sun SOLD OUT $515 per person We will have the same booking process, so take note of the following: When you call to register your spot, we will take a $50 non-refundable deposit. The only exceptions to this refund are if the trip does not run (due to weather, or lack of sign ups, acts of God) A week or so prior to the trip, we will contact you for the remaining balance. Once the remaining balance is paid, that is also non-refundable. If you'd like to pay more than the $50 deposit, that's up to you, but it will also be non-refundable in the event something comes up that keeps you from doing the trip. *Special note from The Islander: For all 2013 charters ALL Hobie Pro Anglers will not be allowed on the Mothership Charters. Call OEX (619) 866-6129 to book your reservation

Any optimism for a replacement of the Black Pearl for OEX SSB?

I say you should allow PAs.
One catch, the owner of the PA has to load, unload and launch his kayak. Sorry Tony, we got an 11foot revo for you. |

For tonight's trip be down at Fishermans Landing at 6pm
There is a paid ACE parking lot there at FL and you get 1/2hr free to unload and then if you want you can find free off street parking if you want- Parking Rates change daily so check the signs on the booth as you pull in.
