That was the whales way of telling them they are too close. They are lucky that the whales did not breach near them to really prove their point.

I remember from a National Geographic Special that there is a family of Orcas that lives on the Southern California coast.
I think they're called the Los Angeles Resident Pod or something like that...so it's bound to happen to one of us eventually. Pretty amazing footage. |
