I don't even think PA's are allowed, even though they are kinda..sit inside...I guess since it's tapwater/drinking water they don't want anybody taking a leak on their kayak. What's funny is....I'm sure those boaters are jammin back to shore to take a leak everytime..!

No problem, I've been wanting to fish that lake from a kayak for quite a while now. I even almost bought a sit in kayak just for DVL. You can always rent a boat if you really want to get at the lunker stripers.

Nothing with self bailing scuppers is legal. Native watercraft makes a legal peddle drive that can be fished at DVL but Hobies are not legal.

has anyone actually tried to bring a pa there. i live 10 min. from lake skinner and was going leave the peddles in so it doesent look as bad and plug the scupper holes in the front. if i can get in at skinner dvl has the same rules. i dont want to waste time if someone else already has.
