Another GWS attack on kayaker in Nor Cal today
Got a call from a friend about this today. Very little info, but you can read what little there is on the Nor Cal kayak fishing forum.
All I could gather was it was a foggy morning, 1/2 mile off the beach and the kayak was a Revo. Scary stuff for sure.

Glad the dude is ok. That is a heavy price to pay for chasing seabass.
I'm just happy I'm down in SoCal, the 'Disneyland' of kayak fishing.

It's weird that they call them "unprovoked" shark attacks.
Just what is a "provoked" shark attack? Telling a great white shark that he has bad breath? Last edited by Croaker Dave; 07-07-2012 at 08:41 PM. |
