Fly Fishing the bay
New to the board, but I did do a intro some months back. I met Mr.Patrick a while back and he introduced me to the site. I didn't have a kayak yet but I used the site to get some info and actually purchased the kayak from a member of the site. I do conventional fish but I really like to fly fish for spotties in the bay. While fishing today I bumped into Mr.Patrick on the water and spent some time talk'n fishing. Mr.Patrick encouraged me to post my report thinking some of you might enjoy a fly fishing perspective. Here goes! Fished Tidelands with a double fly set-up with plenty of doubles to keep me busy. Got some nice quality 14'ers that put a nice bend in they old 6wt. Here are some pics, enjoy.

Nice fly report. I have been wanting to hit that area with the fly rod myself. Maybe I'll see you out there sometime.
