Hobies patent on the mirage drive is probably getting close to being up so expect a lot more bandwagon knockoffs,before anyone purchases one of these "new technology" copycats rememeber, you get what you pay for.
Not to be biased by any means but it all boils down quality of construction. IMHO not to bash any others but there are two kayaks companies that put serious effort into making the highest quality construction, those would be Hobie and Wilderness kayaks...... If you disect either of these crafts you'll know instantly what Im talking about. Fred hall show would probably be a good time for anyone in the market for a new kayak to look side by side at all the options and see for yourself. |
