Well, Hello there friend .... Been a while since I had some Tail!
Yep, it' been a while.
Been down and out since last October with a bout of Hyperthyroidism. Never knew the thyroid was so cruicial to ones body and how it could reac havick on ones fishing habit Everythings back to normal, and I can once again feed my addiction. Got an early start, did some searching around to see if there was any candy left in LJ, while at it grabbed some small Greenbacks, and some monster Macs. By the afternoon, there were only 4 of us left out there within sight, with some lake-like conditions, mello swell, and even the afternoon wind held off. Today, the bait got to go free, as the Iron was the trick. Hello 2012! .. . . . . . . . |

Glad your back in action! Very nice tuna (clearing throat) YT.
Between you, The Kid, and THE DARKHORSE--there is not going to be any YT left for us slackers who sit behind a computer, instead of making things happen....oh wait, that's just me . |

Nice fish! The yellows really stand out! Can't really tell where the fish starts and where it ends. Congrats on getting into some epic action.

Thanks all for the words on the catch and the health.
Let me guess.... DARKHORSE Photography Inc.? A DARKHORSE photo... of course. When most of the kayaks have headed in for the day, who ya gonna find that is still out there at all hours, and willing to take an On The Water shot for anyone (past client or not)...... JP Quote:
Golden Papaya on the Kayak Orange on the NRS Jacket Yellow - on the And for the miss-guided soul that chose to PM. Yes, you are correct in that I am paying for the fish I catch. How am I paying? It's called time On The Water, frequency and length (and timing the trip). A normal day of fishing is 10-12 hours. When I go fishing, I fish! Sometimes you get that hookup at hour 2, sometimes hour 6, sometimes not until the 11th hour when your back is up against the wall! OR sometimes not till that 2nd, 3rd, 4th ....... time out there. So, here's to a healthy and productive 2012 to all ! |
