There's nothing better than bringing home your own freshly caught or , but a close 2nd would be a co-worker walking up to you to tell you his buddy just got back that morning from a 14-day trip, and he's got 200lbs of YellowFin in an ice packed cooler in the back of his vehicle. Come and get some!

Sliced off 3 steaks from 1/2 of the slab of Tuna that was graciously given to me, applied a simple marinade,,,,,,, and onto the grill they went.

Soy sauce
Lemon juice
Crushed garlic
Olive oil
Sea salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste

Now ..... what to do with the other half tomorrow
