Dry Pants/Jacket Preventing a wet butt
Good Morning B.W.E.,
I took the liberty in contacting Kokatat customer service department to find out how i can prevent a dry pants from absorbing water from the kayak seat/ scupper holes. The e-mail I received from Kokatat was: Hi Frank, It is natural for the pants to develop some wear and tear throughout a season or two of use. You can try using a water repellency application product such as Nikwax Revivex or Grainger's Water Repellency or you can always send them in to us for testing/repair. Let me know if you'd like to do this and I'll get you set up to do so. Regards, Jordan Jones Service Department Rep Customer Service Rep The products are: http://www.amazon.com/Nikwax-Direct-...9475880&sr=8-3 http://www.amazon.com/Revivex-Outerw...9475921&sr=1-2 http://www.aerostich.com/granger-sup...r-fabrics.html So does anyone have any input on the above 3 products?

I'm a fan of NikWax. I havent tried the wash in stuff, but I've used nikwax paste on my snowboarding gloves and hunting boots for years and it works great.
