Options Hoop net line hauling?


Besides doing it by hand have anybody used winch or something to retrieve their pots? Powered? If you have a setup can you post....Thanks a bunch!

good idea or bad ideal to make something like this and put it where the hobie sail suppose to go?

Might put too much torque on the yak, causing you to roll. Would depend on design & how low the pully is relative to your center of gravity

Unless you're pulling 200' of rope I would stay away from the winches and net pullers, just more crap that you have to carry around and lay on your deck. I make it a point to pull on both side of the yak, I'll pull one on the right and the next one on the left, helps keep my forearm from cramping.
