Bolsa Chica State Beach

Has anyone launched there kayak from this part of the beach?
if so, how is the launch and land?

I have surfed for over 20 years at Bolsa Chica. This beach picks up both South and West swells and can get pretty big. If you wait for a small day it is doable. A few years ago they put an outlet and bridge at the North end of the beach and I see surf fishermen catching Halibut there on a regular basis. I think that the fishing would be good at the mouth of the outlet on a small day.
