Sorry to break the news to ya, but that's the local photographer out to make a buck. He catches tourists on the beach, has a few props (fish, baywatch type outfits), and takes their picture (for $$).

Na pretty sure the guy landed in one of those Hobie Fish yaks and saw him pull his fish out to take the pic and then pull his truck up to load his yak. but..

.... ok, how about this ... if I were to catch 1 or 2 fish, I'd like to be the one to report it, or not

Good point. However, most people know where the camera is and if they really didn't want to 'show off' their 'catch' they would avoid being seen by the eye in the sky.

HAHAHAHAHAHA
Sidenote disclaimer:
I have honestly never used that cam and have pretty much forgotten it exists. Therefore hypothetically speaking IF I were to ever land with a fish I would weigh it and tape shot it then would proceed to gut it in the surf zone That is if it were too large to weigh on my kayak. Just sayin
