Dana Point harbor parking - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

Ok I call the harbor and they never called me back so i'll ask here.
I want to kayak dana point Monday morning and was planing on launching at Baby beach at 6:am.
Are there any time restrictions on parking their. Say-- not parking before 6AM or no parking more then 3 hours?

Free parking. I guess not supposed to sleep/camp overnight. Good luck!
