Soy Ginger Tuna
Last week, I was fortunate enough to catch my first Jumbo Blackfin of the SE Florida spring migration.
![]() After Bleeding and gutting on the water, It was taken home for filleting. My neighbor used the head and carcass for soup stock. In her culture, the eyeballs are a delicacy. One of my favorite cooking methods is seared. This time I used Town and Countries recipe as a guide. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uL60afeN-pA Being a huge ginger/garlic fan, I doubled the amount of garlic and tripled the amount of ginger from what was recommended. I also used Avocado oil instead of Canola as Canola is known to cause inflammation for some. ![]() I love this stuff. |
