8:30 for the wife, Me and neighbors that came over.

Enjoyed some good fish tacos from the DoDo's and YFT I caught over summer though. As fresh as the day I brought it home and cut it all. Chamber sealers FTW, so glad I traded in the foodsaver.

Yup thats the one I went with. Ive done everything from dry goods to fish to Retort canning (SOOO much easier and cleaner. Did about 100lbs of YFT after trip in August and it tastes way better than glass jars too).

Money well spent I recommend it fully.
