July Highlights

We had 28 fish submitted during the month of July. There were 12 halibut, the fattest of the flattest was Chris' 25 pounder.

Mark's 15 pounder was the 2nd biggest flattypus.

Gabe's 9 pounder rounded out the top three.

We had 10 yellowtail submitted. Corey's 32 pound mossy was the big'un.

My 30 pounder was the 2nd biggest.

Mike's 22 pounder rounded out the top three yellars for the month.

There were 6 of the highly coveted white seabass submitted. None more coveted than Chris' 37 pounder, winning him $1000 in the BWE Tourney.

Randy got one to end June and a 31 pounder to start July.

Brad got back to back ones to start the month, the bigger of the 2 went 28 pounds. Brad is a contender for the best photo of the year and also was this month's points leader, catching 2 WSB and 1 YT worth 95 points. Congratulations Brad! Corey ran off to Indiana with part of your winnings, but I have a Squidco gift certificate for you.

The next few months should be filled with glassy seas and balmy weather. Hopefully we will see a barrage of fish moving up.

May all of us find big, stupid, hungry fish.
