Don,

The bass was put under the broiler with
a dry rub, olive oil and a splash of white wine.

The balance of the chilled
wine went down my throat: Italian Pinot Grigio
Any dish I can enjoy with lemon, also
goes with a nice dry white wine.
(I would use a case of wine for Sharon's WSB)
