ehhh who knows...i think they are just trying to encompass the overall "outdoors" ideal it has adapted into. Granted i only look at the California fishing, kayaking, bass sections mostly, im pretty sure they have hunting and camping shit like that on there too. Kind of makes it more general to encompass all aspects it covers. Probably broaden the hunting/camping sections to bring in more members. Either way, they need to get that back up. BWE just doesnt quite put out enough to keep me focused.
