Headed out at graylight towards the cans in search of macs. At first only spanish then headed to deeper waters and got into the big green macs, it's going to be a good day . Proceeded to the " yellowtail ally" and soaked two baits, one high the other low. First hit was a large bonita, good fighter!. Then get wacked on my long line surface bait, this is no bonita! Get solid hook-up and the game is on, after three deep runs up comes my biggest yellow of the season on my kayak. I weighed it on the scale at my office, 23# and 41 inches long.
