One time I set up a charter for my high school fishing club on the Dolphin II out of Seaforth. We were going after Humbolts, and since fishing was lousy we did not get back in until 2:30AM. (quite a bit after the scheduled arrival time) In the mean time my mom called the Coast guard, the Harbor Police, the La Mesa Police, and the San Diego Police Department! She's the best though!
