The map, as it stands right now will close the area from Windansea in La Jolla to PB pier.

Another area from Scripps pier to one mile north will be closed to everything but bait.

This app lets you check out the maps. Click on the button that says: MPAs, Arrays, and Proposals

The current likely map that will go through is the: MLPA Integrated Preferred Alternative
