Today was my first time here & at the location mentioned :arrow: I fed the seals a coupla baits - got towed (big fish practice) for later LOL. Afran , what happened to the kelp? What kelp I did see in the area you mentioned looked sick/dying - I am only comparing to the kelp In P.Verdes & below S.Pedro as comparison , which is quite healthy and abundant for now :? Just Paying my Dues for now ! Hope we all get into some fish next time.
