YES
They are chomping at the bit to get the opportunity to police
"their" waters off
"their" coastline.
And I am sure there are many more enviro vigilantes eager to join them.
Could get real messy out there.
Instead of "whale wars" we may see kayak wars, glorified enviros fighting to drive law biding anglers off the waters of California.
