I was with Sherm and had the same score, 0 for 3 on solid fish
.
I already went back out and evened up the score, though. I landed 4 out of five Yellowtail and brought one home. Knothead really made that decision when he was coming in hot (50' away with the fish doing it's last circle below
). He's taken quite a few baits, but not one of my fish this Summer
.
It looks like I'm fishing YFT in the M.A.W. tournament tomorrow, good luck to all in the La Jolla tourny!
