I got a new copy, a bright green one to label me "irresponsible" I guess. I had to pay a fee
and then they also got me for another Ocean Enhancement stamp, $13.25. The DFG office is easy to get to and didn't take long but I am going to figure out a better way to keep it on the inflatable.
