. Ouch. We grinned and took it. Sad thing is they were so misinformed, and almost all pushed Lapis 1 which has a closure in LJ that would pretty much end ocean kayak fishing in San Diego county. Many also expressed support for the dead and gone external C

. They think that by pushing the biggest closures the ocean water will suddenly be pollution free and blue water with tons of happy fishing jumping around and no more urban runoff and sewage outfalls with perfect waves to surf
