I was researching both the Icom and Standard Horizon last week. I went with the Standard Horizon the day after I called their customer service Thursday to order a replacement belt clip for my Yaesu (the HAM line of SH). The price was $8 and she said they had a bunch of them so she sent it out free that day. I got it the next day in the mail

I have both Icom's and Yaasu radios and they are both well made but the tie went to SH customer service.
