Of course with a limit of only two, it doesn't really seem like a big deal. Its been a while since I had a solid stringer so it was still a good feeling and definitely it was a fun day pulling fish from the kelp. My young apprentice was able to not only catch his first Sheephead but a beautiful 17 incher to boot. I hope the 'man' sees fit to increase that number soon.
Fish were all caught fishing Palos Verdes kelp with shrimp and 1/0 hooks fished near the bottom. Beautiful day for fishing, overcast, light wind and small swells.
