The Harbor Patrol were stopping mexican Kayakers at cabrillo on Sunday 2/19/2017.
They left Mr choi alone after they mistaked him for a mexican.
They asked for proof that one was was a legal resident ... under Trump
I stood and and said This is a violation of my constitutional rights and i reserve all my rights under UCC 1-308
( which means, that even if i signed this stupid illegal fishing contract, that i do no give up my constitutional rights)
They turned around and went to go stop a sailboat for 45 mins/
