I'd fill both reels with 65pds spectra, tell Joey u wants the white Izor !
Don't mess with mono backing ,get spectra all the way from the bottom of the spool! I know it will cost little more right now, but It's going to last a very long time without having to replace the mono

For the yo yo rig, get 40 pds fluor and for live bait, 25 pds fluor. (topshots)
If you plan on casting surface irons, i'd get another rig full of 40 pds mono!
