First you
Need to catch a yellowtail this one took me a full ten hour day to catch.
I use the best cuts the sushi grade parts of the fish
Ingredients:
Yellowtail cubed
Soy sauce
Chili garlic sauce
Sesame seed oil
Garlic powder
Sesame seeds
Green onions
Seaweed
Avocado
