Probably a combined 3 hours during the week prior tying leaders, switching out hooks, getting batteries charged and op checking. 15 mins the night before to throw it in the yak and 10mins in the morning to load the yak. If I have all the stuff I need and don't have to re tie leaders and go shopping etc, then it's about 10mins to load up.
