Launched at first light with addicted2sp33 and his buddy. We waited till we could see so we wouldn't take a wave to the chest. Little did that do me since I ended up with a good one to the face
Saw lots of fin bait but I concentrated on using an iron and soaking frozen squid.
The swells weren't real big but they were pretty quick so I had to take Dramamine and fought back the crappy feeling. The high point of the day were the whales and dolphin that put on a great show.
I was back on the beach at 1230 due to the wind and chop. Grabbed a sandwich on the way and was home by 2 and asleep by 220. I just woke up..... Dramamine knocks me out!
So now I'll be awake all night....... I should go fishing.
My count for the day was 3 well over legal bass and a Leopard shark. All happy to be released with only a hole in their lip.
