Kayaked La Jolla today, managed a few spanish macks around the s. bull kelp for bait. Some PB guys gave me some sardines and macks too.
Got 4 lings one legal (pics), two salmon grouper and a nice red. Lings were shallower like 120, the rockfish around 190. All on live macks except for the red on cut squid.
