SD Bay 6/7
Had a late launch at Shelter Island around 10am and had a PB with number of fish caught in one day in the big bay. Caught 16 spotties, 1 calico, and 3 lizzards. I saw four people catch legals butts from Navy dock using dines, but I didn't bring my bait tank, so I just threw plastics all day. I won'ty post all of the pictures, but you can see from a few of them that I caught all of them using Zman lures. I have to give credit to Capt Wade for making me jealous on a video he posted in the bay a couple months ago, and telling me about Zman lures. I ordered them from my local bait shop and they've been sitting in my garage for the last two months.
I caught fish on 4 different types of Zman's/rigs including 4" paddlerz with 3/8 jig, drop shot 3"paddler, drop shot shrimp, and a spinner bait with a paddler trailer. This was my first time using the brand, and I was pleased to say the least. Many of the fish were short, but it made for a fun day on the water.
