May be a hassle getting to baby beach. I think they use that area for the display tents. Also, I thought I saw a temporary closure sign for that parking lot earlier in the week.
Worst case is you pony up $10 to launch from the boat ramps.
On the water should be normal traffic. Now go get a halibut or better yet some YT.
