Another option I used to advise customers that had reels with large capacities was to fill the bottom with 60-80# Dacron, then fill with spectra then top-shot.
I myself have connections for Spectra & Hollow Ace. I get 1500 yd. spools of 20-65# & 500yd spools of Hollow Ace from 40#-130#. (All spools cost me less than $100 each, except for the 130# Hollow Ace & if I buy 1500 yds.spools of H/A).
