Catch limit is when the deckhands decide there's too many to clean.
Same on our boat except we had to sit and wait until they cleaned them all. Didn't get in until 11
fishing was stupidly wide open. I kept 10 and catch, stomped and released 30+ more, I lost count around 25 and caught a lot more. Every time I would kick a dead one in another one would pull it back down to the depths within a few seconds. Lol
Great experience but I agree this will probably be my one and only time I fish for these.
BTW anyone want to buy a slightly used squid jig? $10 its the 10" smaller version of the mondo one.
