When i finish building my bbq smoker i might have to do something like this to break it in. I wont finish building mine until begining of next year. Been planing on building this for about 2 years and finaly started it fridat, bought the trailer and about 75% of the steel i need
16 foot trailer with dual 7.5 foot smoker chainbers back to back. Building it for catering and competitions.
Would have loved to go but i coulnt make it.
