That was funny but I married a White women so her goes.
I use Lime juice to marinate the fish in. Usually 3-5 hours depending on how but the dice on the fish. Drain and rinse, let drain. Mix up some diced tomato, sweet onion, cilantro, some oregano and salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients together and serve with lime wedges.
Other thing to mix in: Scallops, shrimp, avocado. Try putting in a small amount of ketchup for a little different taste. Only a little though.
