Chompers about
5/4 afternoon dive looking for halibut my friend Mike found a 1/2 eaten seal. Said It looked like a reacent kill, on the bottom about 15 ft. I think it was a full grown seal.

Eye pearls
The eyes are like pearls, collected some but they cracked apart with time.
I was told pearl neckless were made out of them by the Indians.

The stones are kinda deep in there oun cavity. Follow the inner gill line up to top of head and start sawing or hack with a meat clever choping a wedge. About 2" deep finger a cavity with membrain...

NW/LJ Kelp
A while back one of the regular free divers, Grant said he was getting ready to drop anchor saw a big comotion in the kelp got closer to see a 40#sea bass bit clean in half. He didn't dive that day.
